1.1 I've changed my mind, what's your returns policy?
It's totally okay to change your mind, we understand that it's nice to have peace of mind when shopping online, so we aim to make returns as easy as possible.
Simply send the unused item back to us within 30 days for a full refund.
1.2 I've received an item that's faulty, what should I do?
Unfortunately sometimes these things happen and to make things easier for you we will send you a pre-paid postage label, so that you can send it back and we can send you a new one as soon as possible.
1.3 Help, I need some spare parts!?
We'd much rather be able to fix things instead of throwing them away! We understand scooters get left behind cars on the driveway, and pieces go missing.
Send an email to [email protected] and we'll either arrange a spare part to be sent out or direct you to the right place.
1.4 I can't wait - Can I pick up my item in-store?
We would love for you to pop in for a play and collect your order. Select 'in-store' pick-up at the checkout and we'll get it all ready for you to pick up.
