We understand that it's nice to have peace of mind when shopping online, so we aim to make returns as simple, easy and quick as possible. No questions asked!
You'll need to pay the return postage and have the unused item in it's original condition back to us within 30 days, and we'll provide a refund.

Breakages during transit:
If you notice something it not quite right when delivered, please let us know within one to two business days of your order arriving by emailing email@example.com.
To save you postage costs and wait times, some of our larger items are drop-shipped direct from our supplier. When items are drop-shipped the estimated shipping time-frames and dispatch dates will differ from the ones we've stipulated.
Drop-shipped orders don't usually have a tracking number, so if you're concerned about where your package is or when it might arrive please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get in touch with the supplier to try and find out some more information.
An order is not confirmed until full payment has been received, all prices displayed are in AUD and include GST.
Cancellation of Orders:
Because we run a brick & mortar store alongside our online store unfortunately from time to time there can be inventory discrepancies. While we try our best to avoid these, if we don't have stock of something you've purchased we will be in touch as soon as possible. We can then either send the item once it's back in stock or we will process a refund.
Hurley Burley Toys only ships within Australia at the moment.
Some items that we stock may come with a consumer warranty, if you have an issue with the product within the warranty period please contact the manufacturer, alternatively, get in contact with us and we will provide you the details for the correct person to contact.
