Changing or cancelling an order:

If your order hasn't yet been dispatched (usually same day if ordered before 12pm AEST), please get in touch and we will be happy to assist with changing products or cancelling the order. 

Stock issues:

We have a physical shopfront alongside our online store, and so, from time to time there can be inventory discrepancies. We try our best to avoid this happening. However, if we don't have stock of something you've purchased, we will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss a solution.


Some items that we stock come with a consumer warranty. If there is an issue with the product within the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer in the first instance. Alternatively, please get in touch with us and we will help where we can or point you in the right direction.
