We offer seamless delivery within Australia and New Zealand

Australia:
- $11.95 flat rate postage on orders under $200
- Free postage on orders over $200
New Zealand:
- $25 AUD flat rate on all orders
Regular shipping (Australia):
Regular and express parcels are sent with Australia Post, however, sometimes we use a courier for larger items.
We aim to dispatch our orders as quickly as possible. Orders are aimed to be sent out the same or next business day (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please allow 3 - 10 business days for delivery after your order has been placed.
To save you postage costs and wait times, some of our larger items are drop-shipped direct from the supplier. When items are drop-shipped, the estimated shipping time and dispatch dates will differ slightly from our usual delivery service.
Tracking:
Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number to track your order via Australia Post.
Express shipping (Australia):
- $20
If an order is sent directly from a supplier, we cannot provide express shipping and will be in touch to discuss your options.
Currently, we only offer express shipping to the current Australian states (NSW, Qld,SA,Vic,Tas,Act) If you require express post to Western Australia,Northern territory or New Zealand please email info@hurleyburleytoys.com.au with your Postcode and the item you wish to purchase, and a quote can be organised for you!
International:
International orders are sent with Australia Post Express and the estimated shipping time is 7-20 business days. All parcels must be signed for.
Due to restrictions we are unfortunately unable to ship Grimm's, Ostheimer and Grapat out of Australia. Other products may not be able to ship internationally due to their weight and dimensions.
Please note that all customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are the responsibility of the receiver. We are unable to refund shipping fees if the parcel is unclaimed and returned to the sender.
Breakages during transit:
We pack your toys tight and right to avoid any damages. However, if something has broken during transit, please get in touch right away and we will get it sorted!
Delivery & Parcel Safety
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout
we cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by you.
Once your parcel has been successfully delivered by our carrier, responsibility for its safekeeping transfers to you. If you're concerned about parcel theft or don't have a secure delivery location, we offer a signature on delivery option at checkout
this ensures your package is only handed to you in person.
Reusing Packaging:
Our products are sent using boxes and packaging that are reused from our suppliers, allowing us to reduce our carbon footprint and minimize the amount of packaging waste.
